Bill was born in 1930 in West Elizabeth, PA. After marriage, Bill and Rose raised their family, and spent much of their lives in Elizabeth, PA. After retiring (1990) from Western Pennsylvania Water Company, where he worked for 27 years, Bill and Rose enjoyed retirement in Melbourne, FL before moving to Oxford, MI in 2007 to be closer to family.
