Robert Ray Miller age 84 of Oxford passed away on January 24, 2010 in the comforts of his home surrounded by his loving family. Robert loyally served in the Unites States Armed Forces as a Surgical Technician during WWII. He retired from Chrysler Corporation after 26 years working as plant manager at the Mack Ave. and the Warren Stamping Plant. He is survived by his beloved wife Mercedes Miller of 63 years; daughters, Cindy (David) Moore, Dawn (Cort) Givens, Bobbi (Ernie) Sanders, Aletha (Jim) VanLoozen; 8 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter and his beloved dog, Candy Mandy.
Preceded in death by his parents, Harold (Helen) Miller; sister, Charlotte Miller.
Private family service has already taken place from Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors Bossardet Chapel, 39 W. Burdick, Oxford. Pastor Bob Galey officiated. Entombment at Guardian Angel Cemetery, Rochester. Memorials may be made to the William Beaumont Hospice.
