Cole, Marjorie, 81 passed away Monday, December 22, 2008. She was born October 2, 1927 and raised by Anna and John Eggert. Marjorie grew up on a farm in Northport, Michigan with siblings Marcella and Gerald. March 15, 1947, Marjorie set off on a nearly 62 year marriage with the love of her life, Allen “Bud” Cole. For more than 40 years they ran a prosperous accounting firm in Royal Oak, Michigan. Marjorie loved to golf, try her luck at Vegas casinos, and was a born traveler. She also reserved her Sunday mornings for family breakfasts. Marjorie is survived by her husband Allen; daughter Dee (Mark), sons: Jeff ( Karen) and Brad, brother; Gerald and sister-in-law Jean Eggert; grandchildren; Eric, Brian, Mathew, Elizabeth, Lazar, David and Alex; four great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors Bossardet Chapel, Oxford, MI. A memorial service will be held in January. Memorials to K-9 Rescue League, 2120 Metamora Road, Oxford, Michigan appreciated.
