Obituary for Charles H. Weeden Jr.

Charles Weeden Jr., age 83 of Oxford, June 21, 2013.

Charles was very well loved and survived by his wife, Sandra Jean Miller; his son, Christopher Weeden; son-in-law, Kevin Cleveland and his five grandchildren: Charles, Lindsay, Douglas, Kevin and Kristen. Charles was preceded in death by: his daughter, Cynthia Sue Cleveland (Weeden), his son, Charles H. Weeden III, and parents, Charles O’Dell Weeden and Hilda L. Weeden.

It is without a doubt that we could say that there was no kinder and lovable individual as Charles. It was not only his family that loved him and enjoyed his presence as he has touched the hearts of many outside of the family. Charles was highly known for his fantastic sense of humor as he was a person who could put on a smile to anyone’s face no matter what the situation was.

Whether as: a family man, good co-worker, lovable custodian, member of the Gold Wing Road Riding Association or just as himself; Charles was a man that loved to live his life to the fullest and was determined to share those life experiences with those around him. If there was anyone that we could say was more proud of the family, Charles would be the first one to come to mind and he showed that to everyone with great eagerness. Charles was truly a unique individual and while we know that he cannot be here with us now, the memories he touched us with will continue to live on through all of us
